St. Jude Heart Devices Have Security Weaknesses, Suit Says
Law360, Los Angeles (August 29, 2016, 5:26 PM EDT) -- A patient hit St. Jude Medical Inc. with a proposed class action Friday in California federal court alleging that the medical device manufacturer failed to provide adequate security methods in its remote tracking capabilities for its pacemakers and other heart-regulating implants.
