Judge Blasts Centocor Bid In Humira Patent Case

Law360 (January 16, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- Johnson & Johnson subsidiary Centocor Inc. and New York University have caught heat from a federal judge for their motion to compel Abbott Laboratories to produce testimony for their patent infringement case over Abbott’s popular arthritis drug Humira.
