Samsung Urges Justices To Reverse $400M Apple IPhone Win

Ltd. urged the U.S. Supreme Court on Monday to nix a Federal Circuit ruling ordering it to pay Apple Inc. $400 million for infringing iPhone design patents, saying Apple's admission that a Patent Act provision doesn't require an award of the total profit on an entire product compels reversal.
