Calif. Appeals Court Says Time's Up In Suit V. BofA

Law360 (January 21, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- A California appellate court has affirmed a lower court's judgment that a former Bank of America NA employee didn't bring a class action over final compensation in a timely manner.

The First Appellate District of the California Court of Appeals ruled Wednesday that a lower court correctly applied the statute of limitations to the claim brought by Jorge A. Pineda.
