Challenges Await New NAIC Heads

Law360 (January 27, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- Amid a new administration and a headquarters move to Washington, D.C., the National Association of Insurance Commissioners has chosen new leaders who will be tasked with handling major regulatory questions for the industry in the coming weeks and months.
