Woodside Exec Called To Help Clarify Ch. 11 Deals

Law360, New York (January 27, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- As part of an ongoing effort to untangle complex dealings inside bankrupt homebuilding giant Woodside Group LLC, a judge on Monday ordered another company executive to submit to examination in connection with certain asset transfers.

Nevada-based executive David Crocket was ordered by Judge Peter Carroll of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California to appear Feb. 5 at the Las Vegas law offices of Snell & Wilmer LLP.
