University Scores Win In Cellular Spat

Law360 (August 10, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Marking a victory for The University of Texas, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit Thursday affirmed a lower court’s dismissal of a declaratory judgment action in a patent infringement suit involving a software firm that provides technology to cellular phone companies.
