Comics Guru Lee's IP Suit Held Over Rights Transfer

Law360 (January 28, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal judge has stayed an infringement suit by famed superhero creator Stan Lee, ruling that he had no legal right to transfer certain copyrights and trademarks to a Delaware corporation he created when, under a bankruptcy court order agreed to by shareholders, the assets should have been transferred to an entity called SLC LLC.
