FCC Sends Comcast-NFL Dispute To Judge

Law360 (January 28, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- The newly Democrat-controlled Federal Communications Commission has ordered a dispute between Comcast Cable Communications LLC and NFL Enterprises LLC over cable prices to be heard by an administrative law judge, rescinding a decision made last month by the former Republican chairman of the commission.
