Ex-NBAer Asks 11th Circ. To Keep $45M EB-5 Suit Tossed
Law360, New York (October 12, 2016, 8:11 PM EDT) -- Former NBA player Theo Ratliff and others on Tuesday asked the Eleventh Circuit not to revive a $45 million suit alleging they conspired to shut a film production company out of a deal involving the EB-5 immigrant investor program, saying the company squandered its chance to fix the complaint in district court.
