Judge Dismisses Trucking Price-Fixing MDL

Law360 (January 29, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- In a decision interpreting the U.S. Supreme Court's recent ruling in Bell Atlantic Corp. v. Twombly, a federal judge has dismissed a multidistrict class action against a group of freight transportation carriers, ruling that the plaintiffs failed to adequately state a claim.
