NY Broadcaster Urges DC Circ. To Slip Them Into Auction

Law360, Washington (October 25, 2016, 3:04 PM EDT) -- A New York broadcaster pushed for the DC Circuit to allow it into the Federal Communication Commission’s spectrum auction Tuesday, maintaining during oral arguments that the agency never notified the company that there were any problems with its license.
