Plaintiffs Drop Per Se Theory In ATM Price-Fixing Suit

Law360 (February 2, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- Abandoning naked price-fixing allegations, plaintiffs in an antitrust suit over fees charged by financial institutions in First Data Corp.’s ATM network have filed an amended complaint under a rule of reason theory rather than a per se theory.
