Arnold & Porter Atty Tapped For ICSID By Czech Republic

Law360, New York (October 28, 2016, 5:50 PM EDT) -- The International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes has added a London-based Arnold & Porter LLP partner to its panel of arbitrators after he was appointed by the government of the Czech Republic, which the firm has been representing in a series of disputes with energy investors.
