Law360, New York (November 8, 2016, 8:26 PM EST) -- A Texas federal judge on Tuesday selected 10 cases for the next bellwether trial in the multidistrict litigation over Johnson & Johnson's metal-shedding artificial hips, pulling them from among thousands of cases in the sprawling litigation.
