Hotel Giants: Gaylord Aurora Colo., Seattle Hyatt Regency

Law360, Minneapolis (November 28, 2016, 5:01 PM EST) -- Developers in Aurora, Colorado, and Seattle are building hotels with more than 1,250 rooms even amid talk of an overheated U.S. real estate market, and more than a dozen law firms have scored work on the two projects, helping developers and lenders navigate complex sets of financing and entitlement issues and litigation.
