Trump Refiles Suit Against DC Over Hotel Taxes

The claims the district used "flawed methodology" in assessing the taxes on the unfinished hotel were dismissed by a D.C. court last month after the district argued Trump needed to contest the assessments of the separate lots that make up the property individually, leading to the filing of the first in what is expected to be a series of revised petitions.
