E-Cig Users Fight To Reinstate Suit Over Danger Warning

Law360, New York (November 22, 2016, 5:33 PM EST) -- Consumers in a proposed class action accusing numerous electronic cigarette makers of failing to warn them about the supposed dangers of their products asked a California federal judge Monday to reconsider a dismissal based on preemption they contend was “logically inconsistent” and led to “confusing and erroneous results.”
