3rd Circ. Won't Review Atty Sanctions In Fish Oil Suit

Law360, New York (November 23, 2016, 5:08 PM EST) -- The Third Circuit on Wednesday declined a New Jersey attorney's request for another review of frivolous-appeal sanctions the court affirmed after it dismissed the pro se class action he’d filed over fish-oil supplements, ruling in part that the lawyer is a “serial” litigant of such cases.
