Allstate Pays $600K To End SoCal DAs' False Ad Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (November 30, 2016, 9:29 PM EST) -- Allstate Insurance Co. on Tuesday agreed to pay $600,000 to end a suit brought by the district attorneys of Los Angeles, San Diego and Riverside alleging the insurer falsely advertised an “accident forgiveness” program in California that is forbidden by state law.
