Jeep Owners Fight 9th Circ. Cert. Ruling Publication Bid

Law360, New York (December 1, 2016, 5:39 PM EST) -- A decertified class of Jeep owners accusing a Fiat Chrystler unit of selling vehicles with defective windows urged the Ninth Circuit on Wednesday not to publish the court's ruling as requested by the automaker, saying the six-page decision did nothing to alter an existing rule of law in any way.
