Former Cuomo Aide, Ex-SUNY Prez Deny Graft Charges

Andrew Cuomo and an ex-State University of New York Polytechnic Institute president denied federal corruption charges at an arraignment Thursday in Manhattan, where U.S. District Judge Valerie E. Caproni hinted at the possibility of guilty pleas in the near future.
