FCC Warned To Act Now On Open Internet Transparency Relief

Law360, Washington (December 1, 2016, 7:36 PM EST) -- The Federal Communications Commission must extend relief for small businesses from heightened transparency rules in the 2015 Open Internet Order that will otherwise expire on Dec. 15, four trade associations have told the agency, saying they will otherwise face unnecessary obligations.
