By Andrew McIntyre ( December 22, 2016, 3:11 PM EST) -- A venture of Jared Kushner, LIVWRK and the CIM Group has paid $345 million to pick up a development site in the Dumbo neighborhood in Brooklyn, New York, the New York Post reported on Tuesday. The deal is for a parking lot at 85 Jay St. that comes with 1.1 million square feet of building rights, according to the Post. The venture is likely to build a mixed-use project at the site, the Post said....
