Wal-Mart Worker Life Insurance Claims Can Proceed

Law360 (February 12, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- Reversing a lower court’s finding over a statute of limitations, a federal appeals court has ruled in favor of a group of families of deceased Louisiana Wal-Mart Stores Inc. employees, on whom the retailer allegedly took out life insurance policies for its own benefit.
