Peanut Corp. Of America Files For Ch. 7

Law360 (February 17, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- The peanut company at the center of the salmonella outbreak that has made hundreds ill has filed for bankruptcy protection, though an attorney for people sickened by the tainted peanuts said he would push to make sure the company would still be held responsible for the outbreak.
