By Andrew McIntyre ( January 6, 2017, 2:53 PM EST) -- Pfizer Inc. has sold a portion of a Brooklyn development site to Abraham Brach for $27.5 million, The Real Deal reported Thursday, citing sources with knowledge of the matter. The deal is for a site at 58 Gerry St. that currently has a 31,600-square-foot warehouse and that comes with 120,000 buildable square feet, the report said. The buyer is planning to build a residential property at the New York site, according to the report....
