Law360 (February 20, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- To date, most of the talk on climate change has involved how to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. But governments and businesses, especially those in the insurance industry, will also need to evaluate new risks and prepare for the consequences of a warmer planet, experts say.
