Webloyalty To Pay Back $10M In Fees In MDL Deal

Law360 (February 24, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- Finding a proposed $10 million class action settlement between Webloyalty.com Inc. and its customers over program enrollment fees to be fair, a federal judge has preliminarily approved the settlement and granted conditional certification to the class.

Judge Joseph L. Tauro of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts signed the order Tuesday, bringing the multidistrict litigation, which has been pending since September 2006, a step nearer to closure.
