Ex-Pinsent Masons, Reed Smith Partner Heads To Gowling

By Caroline Simson (February 9, 2017, 7:57 PM EST) -- The international law firm Gowling WLG has nabbed a former Pinsent Masons and Reed Smith LLP international arbitration specialist boasting experience in the construction, energy, oil and gas, shipbuilding, and defense sectors for its construction team, the firm said Wednesday.

Gordon Bell, who formerly led the development of Pinsent Masons' and Reed Smith's respective international arbitration practices, will be part of Gowling's international arbitration group, where he's expected to further strengthen the group's presence in jurisdictions like Africa and the Middle East, Asia, and South America.
