NJ Biz Barred From State Contracts Over Political Donation

Law360, Trenton (February 10, 2017, 3:41 PM EST) -- A New Jersey state appeals court on Thursday upheld agency decisions rescinding about $7 million in two contracts to a paving business and disqualifying the company from any state contract through the remainder of Gov. Chris Christie's second term because of its $500 contribution to a county political committee.
