Law360, New York (February 13, 2017, 5:01 PM EST) -- Former executives for a New York real estate firm on Friday sued in state court Herrick Feinstein LLP, Moritt Hock & Hamroff LLP and Mazars USA LLP, the former employers of a tax attorney and accountant who allegedly advised the real estate company to employ tax strategies found to be abusive and illegal.
