Tribe Tells 8th Circ. Lower Court Got Pipeline Row Wrong

Law360, New York (February 13, 2017, 8:15 PM EST) -- Officials for the Three Affiliated Tribes asked the Eighth Circuit on Friday to find that a lower court lacked jurisdiction over Paradigm Energy Partners LLC’s lawsuit seeking to prevent them from interfering with the construction of a pair of pipelines underneath a lake on the tribes' reservation in North Dakota.
