Disney Fires Back In 'Little Miss' T-Shirt Dispute

Law360 (March 2, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- The Walt Disney Co. has filed counterclaims in a trademark suit over T-shirts featuring Disney characters and slogans such as “Little Miss Sassy,” arguing that the London-based company that publishes the “Little Miss” series of children's books cannot monopolize the use of words Disney alleges are generic.
