Buyers Urge 6th Circ. To Back $225M Car Parts Antitrust Deal

Law360, New York (February 28, 2017, 6:28 PM EST) -- Auto parts buyers and manufacturers staunchly defended settlements they reached as part of a larger $225 million deal resolving claims in multidistrict litigation that the manufacturers conspired to rig prices, urging the Sixth Circuit on Monday to shut down objectors trying to disrupt their deal.
