Office Space Co.'s $5.3M Wage Deal Needs Work, Says Judge

Law360, Los Angeles (March 10, 2017, 11:48 PM EST) -- A California judge on Friday told office space rental company Regus to revise a proposed $5.3 million deal that would end allegations that it misclassified workers as managerial employees to avoid paying overtime, criticizing the deal for allowing Regus to use the settlement fund to pay tax and legal fee obligations.
