Ch. 15 Debtor Still On Hook For Highway Project, Court Told

Law360, New York (March 15, 2017, 7:32 PM EDT) -- A pair of developers on an interstate highway project asked a New York bankruptcy court Tuesday to clarify its recognition of a Spanish engineering firm’s foreign bankruptcy, saying the debtor has various obligations related to the project that should not be subject to a stay.
