Class Counsel Gets $167M In Fees In VW Emissions MDL

Law360, New York (March 17, 2017, 4:38 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Friday granted $167 million in fees and $8 million in costs to the class counsel representing drivers of 2.0 liter Volkswagen diesel cars who reached a $10 billion deal with the German automaker in the massive litigation over its emissions scandal.
