Concrete Co. Says Fla. Judge Advised Foe In Indemnity Row

Law360, New York (March 17, 2017, 7:01 PM EDT) -- Commercial Concrete Systems LLC sought Friday to disqualify a Florida federal judge from adjudicating a breach of indemnity agreement suit brought against the company by Liberty Mutual Insurance Co., saying the judge worked previously as a lawyer at the firm advising Liberty.
