By Andrew McIntyre ( March 23, 2017, 8:03 PM EDT) -- Blumberg & Freilich Equities has purchased an apartment building in Chicago's Hyde Park neighborhood from Antheus Capital for $23.5 million, Crain's Chicago Business reported on Thursday, citing public records. The deal is for 5242 S. Hyde Park Blvd., a 10-story, 140-unit building, according to the report. Antheus Capital bought the building in 2008 for $11.4 million, Crain's said....
