O'Reilly Asks 9th Circ. To Rethink Cert. In Expenses Suit

Law360, New York (March 20, 2017, 8:36 PM EDT) -- O'Reilly Auto Enterprises LLC asked the Ninth Circuit on Friday to rethink upholding certification of a California class of store managers and assistant managers who allege they weren’t properly reimbursed for business expenses, saying the company didn't get a sufficient chance to explain why a recent decision by the appeals court didn’t apply.
