American Electric Cut, Dynegy Kept In Wis. Gas MDL

Law360 (March 9, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A judge has agreed to drop claims brought by Wisconsin plaintiffs against American Electric Power Co. Inc. but has sustained claims against Dynegy Illinois Inc. in a consolidated antitrust suit alleging that natural gas companies engaged in a conspiracy to artificially inflate prices through trading activities.
