By Andrew McIntyre ( April 6, 2017, 2:16 PM EDT) -- Shared workspace firm The Yard has inked a deal to lease 33,476 square feet of space on Broadway in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, Commercial Observer reported on Thursday. The 12.5-year lease deal is for space at 195 Broadway, and the company is taking part of floor two, as well as all of floors three and four, of the four-story building, Commercial Observer said. The Forman family is the building's landlord, according to the report....
