3rd Circ. Axes Ruling Re-Awarding Bridge Painting Contract

Law360, Philadelphia (April 6, 2017, 7:39 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey federal judge went too far when he ordered the Delaware River Port Authority to award bridge painting work to a spurned contractor in a dispute over the denial of its initial bid for the project, the Third Circuit ruled in a published decision on Thursday.
