Fiat, Drivers Spar Over 'Injury' In Gearshift MDL

Law360, New York (April 7, 2017, 10:26 PM EDT) -- Fiat Chrysler Automobiles told a Michigan federal court Friday to dismiss multidistrict litigation accusing the automaker of making vehicles with faulty electronic gearshift systems that could cause them to roll away, saying the drivers haven’t shown they were actually injured.
