State Dept. Approves $319M Air Base Construction For Kuwait

Law360, New York (April 10, 2017, 4:56 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of State has approved a $319 million foreign military sale involving construction and other infrastructure-related services for the Al Mubarak Air Base in Kuwait, for a project the Pentagon said will support a “friendly country.”
