Eaton Aerospace’s Faulty Parts Crashed Plane, Owners Say

Law360, New York (April 20, 2017, 3:46 PM EDT) -- Eaton Aerospace LLC manufactured defective airplane parts that ultimately led to the destruction of an Italian aircraft that was forced to conduct an emergency landing at a Springfield, Illinois, airport, according to a case removed to California federal court Thursday.
