Fed. Gov’t Beats $25M Med Mal Suit Over Late Diagnosis

Law360, Los Angeles (April 20, 2017, 10:35 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge has ruled in favor of a U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs health clinic in a medical negligence suit seeking $25 million, saying certain “red flag” symptoms for a rare spinal nerve condition were not present when the patient was treated.
