By Benjamin Horney ( April 26, 2017, 8:18 PM EDT) -- Cerberus Capital Management LP is looking to sell as much as $446 million worth of shares in Japanese railway and hotel company Seibu Holdings Inc., according to a Wednesday report from Reuters. Citing a term sheet seen by the publication, the report said Cerberus has put 25 million shares of Seibu up for grabs. The shares are being sold at a discount of between 0.5 and 1.5 percent to their Wednesday closing price of 1,999 yen ($19.97) apiece, the report said....
