NY Ballot Selfie Suit Set For August Trial, September Decision

By William Gorta (May 17, 2017, 4:00 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Wednesday ordered an August trial for the issue of ballot selfies in New York over the objections of city and state election boards, telling them to expect a decision in September and that he would brook no excuses about altering their policies by Election Day should they lose.
